- Meeting the needs of society by preparing an elite group of teachers.
- Promoting intimacy, love, brotherhood and coexistence among the segments of the Iraqi people through curricula that promote commonalities in order to achieve the desired goals.
- The college's contribution to providing the necessary competencies for the local community from holders of higher degrees in distinguished humanitarian disciplines.
- Contributing to Iraqi culture and thought space with conscious mindsets that contribute to drying up the sources of sedition and extremism by absorbing the rich intellectual diversity by presenting scientific approaches that serve our contemporary Iraqi reality.
