Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. ‘Allawi Sader Jazi, Dean of Ibn Rushd College of Education, the first day of the second training session of the “Riyada – Project Plan Development” initiative was launched on Sunday, 24 August 2025. The initiative is conducted by Riyada, one of the training centers accredited by the Iraqi Council of Ministers / Directorate of Entrepreneurship and Excellence. The training session runs from 24–28 August 2025 in the Riyada Hall at Ibn Rushd College and involves a number of young entrepreneurs with promising projects.
On the first day, the Riyada trainer Asst. Lecturer Wasan Jameel Amer delivered comprehensive theoretical modules, which included:

Introduction to the Riyada initiative and its objectives.

Reviewing participants’ projects and exploring their entrepreneurial ideas.

Detailed explanation of the Demenes Circle and understanding factors affecting customer attraction.

Market and competitor analysis.

Conducting practical exercises to develop the project plan.
