As part of the College of Education Ibn Rushd for Humanities’ commitment to developing staff competencies and enhancing their professional skills, certificates of participation and letters of appreciation were presented to a number of College employees who participated in a five-day professional development course focused on developing administrative, financial, and legal skills. The course aimed to enhance participants’ skills and strengthen their professional knowledge, contributing to improved performance and a more effective work environment.
The certificates of participation were presented by Dr. Mohammed Abdulwahid Jayyas, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, in the presence of Dr. Nagham Mansour Obaid, Head of the Continuing Education Unit. The ceremony took place in an atmosphere of collegiality, cooperation, and appreciation for the participants’ efforts and their commitment to benefiting from professional development and training programs.
The course organizers commended the employees’ commitment and active engagement with the training program’s topics, emphasizing the importance of such courses in strengthening professional capabilities, developing job-related skills, and keeping pace with the requirements of institutional work.
