The Follow-Up and Security Clearances Division at the College of Education Ibn Rushd for Humanities , University of Baghdad, continues to carry out its daily and periodic duties in accordance with the directives of Professor Dr. Alawi Sader Jazaa, Dean of the College, and under the direct supervision of Dr. Mohammed Abdulwahid Jayyas, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs.
The division’s administrative and security staff organize the movement of faculty and staff members, students, and visitors entering and leaving the college, while providing the necessary guidance and assistance to facilitate their needs and complete their transactions. Field procedures also include intensified student screening and inspection in accordance with operational requirements and campus regulations, as well as verifying identification cards and addressing violations of established instructions.
From a technical and oversight perspective, the division continuously monitors the college’s security camera system to ensure the safety and security of its facilities. It also provides the college’s information desk with the necessary information to respond to visitors’ inquiries and deliver the highest level of service.
