The celebration is decorated with the joy of the jubilee of MAS and the passing days of the centenary celebration, and under the guidance and commission of the Dean of the College, the respected Professor Dr. Allawi Sader Jaza’. The first visit was on the second day of the celebration, Monday, February 19, 2024, by Professor Dr. Nidal Hanash Shabar Al-Saadi, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs. Registration and with the participation of Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel Hussein Al-Fartusi, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Dr. Muhammad Abdel Wahed Jayas, Respected Head of the Auditing Division, and under the direct supervision of the respected Head of the Geography Department, Professor Dr. Zainab and Nas Khudair.
The visit to the events and activities of the Geography Department consisted of an exhibition of maps taken with the latest modern technologies. By the department’s professors and students, as well as the opening of the Geographic Information Systems Laboratory after it was modernized and developed with the best educational technologies that contribute to improving the educational process using the best modern education methods and methods, as well as the opening of a charity bazaar and many activities that express the department’s brilliance, headed by the department and its professors, on the college’s diamond day.
At the conclusion of our visit to the department, a distribution was given to Certificates of thanks and appreciation for the creators and participants, including department professors and students.
