Under the direction of the Dean of Ibn Rushd College of Education for Humanities, Prof. Dr. Alawi Sader Jaza, and under the supervision of the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Abdulwahid Jayyas, the Department of Islamic Education carried out a volunteer initiative that included painting and refurbishing a number of classrooms, administrative offices, and faculty rooms in preparation for the new academic year 2026–2027.

The initiative reflects the College Dean’s Office and its academic departments’ commitment to providing an appropriate university environment and creating a conducive academic setting for students and faculty members, thereby contributing to a successful start to the new academic year.

The activities included the maintenance and refurbishment of several facilities affiliated with the department, as well as painting, organizing, and improving classrooms, administrative offices, and faculty rooms. These efforts demonstrate a strong spirit of cooperation and teamwork, as well as a commitment to enhancing the university environment.

These efforts are part of a series of activities and initiatives undertaken by Ibn Rushd College of Education for Humanities to develop its facilities and provide the necessary requirements for the educational process, serving both students and faculty members and enhancing the quality of the academic environment at the College.
