Our college holds a workshop on developing drug security awareness.

On Monday, 12/11/2023, the English Department in our college held a cooperative scientific awareness workshop with the Ministries of Interior and Education entitled (Developing security awareness among university students regarding drugs), in which the security dimension and the psychological and social dimension were addressed.
The workshop shed light on the dangers of abuse and addiction and how to avoid them, especially among university students, builders of the future. It came up with recommendations, the most prominent of which are strengthening the role of preventive counseling for university students and holding courses and workshops on the dangers of addiction and psychotropic substances, as well as activating special programs through the Communications and Media Commission to combat addiction in the media and the public.
