The Department of English in our College gets the first place in the Iraqi classification of the universities for the year 2021

Within the continuous efforts of the Dean of the College of Education/Ibn Rushd for Human Sciences Alawi Sadir Jazea (PhD) to patronize the educational institution  to elevate the academic standard of all of the College departments and under the supervision of the dean assistant for the scientific affairs professor Huda Abbas Qanbar (PhD) and the mercy and bounty of the Almighty God, our College gained its fruit by winning the first place  in the Iraqi classification of universities for the year 2o21 .The Department of English under the leadership of the virtuous professor Azhar Noori Fajir (PhD) and through the competition with the other equivalent departments in the state and private universities was granted the certificate of excellence from the Iraqi Higher Education ministry. Congratulations  to  our deep-rooted College (The Teachers’ House) and to the Department of English represented by the care and dedication of work of the honorable head of the Department professor Azhar Noor Fajir (PhD)and the two rapporteurs  ,professor Amal Nasir Firaq (PhD)and Elaf Riadh(PhD) and the respectful staff members and the students wishing them the continuous radiation and creativity to serve our beloved Iraq.
