Ministry of Higher Education Announces the Launch of the Transfer Application Form for International Students and Sets October 1 as the Application Deadline.
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the electronic application form for the transfer of international students from outside Iraq, under the International Channel for Special Morning Education (governmental and private) for the academic year 2026–2027.
The Ministry explains that applications can be submitted through the Qadam Platform application or via the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Portal at https://dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq. Applications will remain open until Thursday, October 1, 2026.
