The Energy Conservation Committee of the Bab Al-Muadham Colleges Complex at the University of Baghdad conducted an on-site inspection tour throughout the facilities of the College of Education Ibn Rushd for Humanities. The committee was welcomed and accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Abdul Wahid Jiyas.
The tour included an extensive meeting and detailed discussions on mechanisms for rationalizing electricity consumption and ways to reduce the energy load within the college.
The field visit also included an inspection of the college’s electricity generation stations to assess current consumption levels and develop practical plans aimed at reducing waste and achieving greater efficiency in energy use. These efforts align with ministerial and university directives focused on promoting sustainability and preserving available resources.
