Ibn Rushd College of Education for Humanities has achieved a distinguished accomplishment by securing first place in the Information Bank Competition organized by the Presidency of the University of Baghdad, with the participation of the university’s colleges, as part of efforts to support cultural activities and foster a spirit of academic and intellectual competition among students.
During the honoring ceremony, Mr. Amjad Jarallah Salman, Director of the Cultural Activities Division at the Student Activities Department of the University of Baghdad Presidency, presented the first-place award to the college. The award was received by Dr. Mohammed Abdul Wahid Jiyas, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs.
This achievement reflects the efforts and cooperation of the Student Activities Division and highlights the college’s ongoing commitment to supporting cultural and intellectual initiatives that contribute to developing students’ abilities and strengthening the college’s presence in various university events, in line with its academic and educational mission.
