Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. ‘Allawi Sader Jazi, Dean of Ibn Rushd College of Education for Humanities, the Women’s Affairs Unit, in collaboration with the Center for Educational and Psychological Research, organized a seminar titled “The Role of Women in Family Development” on 29 October 2025.
The seminar, presented by Dr. Sama Faleh Ghali, Dr. Hadeel Fadhil Al-Rubaie, and Asst. Lecturer Marwa Karim Nasser, highlighted the pivotal role of women in building cohesive families and communities, modern parenting methods, and the impact of digital transformations on family upbringing.
It concluded with key recommendations, including implementing national family education programs, integrating family development concepts into academic curricula, establishing family guidance centers, and promoting safe digital practices within households.
