The Presidency of the University of Baghdad held a ceremony to honor the departments that won first place among their counterparts in the Iraqi classification of universities 2023, in which our college ranked first through the Kurdish Language Department, on Monday 7/29/2024. The honoring ceremony was held in the Freedom Hall in the College of Media in the presence of the respected President of the University, Professor Dr. Baha Ibrahim Insaf, the Administrative Assistant to the President of the University, and a representative of our college, the respected Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Azhar Nouri Fajr.
The distinguished scientific departments were honored, including the Kurdish Language Department / Ibn Rushd College of Education for Humanities, headed by the respected Assistant Professor Saroud Wali Ismail, for their effective contribution to reaching that level. We wish you more giving in the service of our mother university and our dear Iraq for a bright and sustainable academic future.
