Under the patronage of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Allawi Sader Jaza, and the supervision of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies, Professor Dr. Hoda Abbas Qanbar, and in the presence of the Head of the English Department, Dr. Amir Jasib Freih.
The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit, in cooperation with the English Language Department at our college, Ibn Rushd College of Education for Human Sciences, held a workshop entitled (Fundamentals and Skills of Time Management) on Thursday, 11/23/2023, in which Dr. Abdullah Raad Jalal and Dr. Tamara Safaa Abdel Jalil were present.
The workshop aims to introduce students to the information and skills necessary to manage and invest time and how to control and overcome time wasting.
The workshop included several topics, including defining time, what is time management, the basic skills adopted, and how to prepare daily plans to organize priorities and daily tasks in a way that achieves success.
The workshop concluded with the most prominent recommendations: urging the necessity of acquiring time management skills, the application of which will benefit the present and the future, as well as paying attention to organizing priorities by preparing daily plans for time management and avoiding time wasting.
