The College of Education Ibn Rushd for Human Sciences at the University of Baghdad held a master’s thesis discussion entitled “Criminal Behavior and Its Relationship with Self-Regulation among Juvenile Delinquents”, submitted by Tayseer Ghareeb Khudair from the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, specializing in Psychological Processes. The discussion committee included Professor Dr. Safaa Tarek Habib as chair, Professor Dr. Yassin Hamid Ayal as member and supervisor, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Shallal Ubaid as member, and Professor Dr. Latifa Majid Mahmoud as an external member from the College of Education for Human Sciences, University of Diyala.
The study aimed to examine the relationship between criminal behavior and self-regulation among juvenile delinquents placed in correctional facilities under the Iraqi Ministry of Justice. The researcher employed the scale developed by Stephen et al. (2003) to measure criminal behavior in juvenile delinquents.
