The College of Education Ibn Rushd for Human Sciences at the University of Baghdad held a master’s thesis discussion entitled “Workaholism and Its Relationship with Job Satisfaction among Employees at Border Crossings”, submitted by the researcher from the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, Ahmed Salem Atshan, specializing in Psychological Processes. The discussion committee consisted of Professor Dr. Ghada Ali Hadi as chair, Professor Dr. Monah Jasim Abdul as member and supervisor, Assistant Lecturer Mohamed Abdul Wahid Gias as member, and Professor Dr. Fouad Ali Farhan as an external member from the College of Education for Human Sciences, University of Baghdad.
The study aimed to determine the level of workaholism among employees at the Border Crossings Authority according to variables such as educational attainment and years of experience, as well as the statistical significance of the correlation between workaholism and job satisfaction, and the significance of differences in this correlation.
