The Dean of College of Education Ibn Rushd Professor Allawi Sader Gaza’a participated in a training workshop organized by the National Security Consultant in cooperation with the Association of Hope . The workshop focuses on promoting educational realities, the modernization of curricula, and the development of administrative skills. Dr. Allawi addressed the events of this workshop, which targeted a certain elite of Iraqi ministries’ leaders in a serious attempt to develop skills. His excellence highlights effective solutions to administrative challenges and mechanisms to overcome them. Holding such a workshop “would expand the administrative horizon, he said, and “development of institutional realities in ministries in general and higher education in particular education.” The advantage of higher education over other ministries is that colleges will pass down these experiences to broad segments between an instructor, an employee, and a student. This joint makes the sample more comprehensive.
