Unit duties

According to the directives of the Presidency of the University of Baghdad, the Citizens Affairs Unit was established at the college, headquartered in the Deanship of the College, and its duties are as follows: –
- Receiving direct requests from citizens by using the form specific to the Citizens Affairs Unit.
- Receiving citizens' complaints directly and via email to the Citizens Affairs Unit.
- Following up on requests and citizens' complaints and quickly completing them within a maximum period of three days, depending on their specificity and content.
- Organizing citizens' interviews with the Dean
- The University of Baghdad is keen on the principle of transparency between university students, faculty members, affiliates and the community.
- It is keen on creating the ideal academic atmosphere for the creativity of students and faculty members and is committed to effective participation in serving the community.
