Prof. Dr. Rahim Hamli Maarej, membership of Prof. Dr. Nadira Jameel Hamad, and the participation of Prof. Dr. Amal Ibrahim Hassoun as an external member from the College of Basic Education, Al-Mustansiriyah University.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"1251\">The study aimed to highlight preventive coping and self-efficacy and to identify the correlational relationship between them among educational counselors, in light of the increasing challenges facing educational institutions due to societal changes and the resulting rise in psychological and professional pressures, particularly on counselors who play a vital role in supporting students and helping them overcome psychological, behavioral, and social problems.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1737\">The research concluded that educational counselors working in schools possess preventive coping skills and are able to use them effectively to face work-related pressures and challenges. The findings also showed that they have an adequate level of self-efficacy that enables them to manage situations efficiently.
