The initiative is conducted by <strong data-start=\"326\" data-end=\"336\">Riyada<\/strong>, one of the training centers accredited by the Iraqi Council of Ministers \/ Directorate of Entrepreneurship and Excellence. The training session runs from 24\u201328 August 2025 in the Riyada Hall at Ibn Rushd College and involves a number of young entrepreneurs with promising projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"759\">On the first day, the Riyada trainer <strong data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"696\">Asst. Lecturer Wasan Jameel Amer<\/strong> delivered comprehensive theoretical modules, which included:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"1109\">\n<li data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"821\">\n<p data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"821\">Introduction to the Riyada initiative and its objectives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"901\">\n<p data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"901\">Reviewing participants\u2019 projects and exploring their entrepreneurial ideas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"1009\">\n<p data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1009\">Detailed explanation of the <strong data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"950\">Demenes Circle<\/strong> and understanding factors affecting customer attraction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1045\">\n<p data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1045\">Market and competitor analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1109\">\n<p data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1109\">Conducting practical exercises to develop the project plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1111\"
