A master’s thesis, entitled “Delegation of Authority and Its Relationship to Perceived Self-Efficacy among Department Heads from the Perspective of Employees at the Iraqi Media Network,” was discussed at the Ibn Rushd College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Baghdad.<\/p>\n
The thesis was presented by Alaa Sarhan Kazim, a researcher from the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, specializing in psychological operations. The discussion committee consisted of Professor Dr. Intisar Hashim Mahdi as Chairman, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdul Wahid Jiyas as Member and Supervisor, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hamza Khalif as Member, Assistant Professor Dr. Youssef Yaqoub Shahada as Member, and Professor Dr. Ibtisam Saadoun Muhammad as External Member from the College of Education at Al-Mustansiriya University.<\/p>\n
The study aimed to examine the delegation of authority among department heads from the perspective of employees, while demonstrating the correlation between delegation of authority and perceived self-efficacy among department heads from the perspective of employees in the Iraqi Media Network.<\/p>\n
The study reached several results, the most prominent of which shows that department heads in the Iraqi Media Network who possess high perceived self-efficacy are more capable of making decisions related to delegation of authority, which contributes to improving the effectiveness of work management within the various departments.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
