A master’s thesis entitled “The efficiency of organizational commitment according to total quality and its relationship to organizational values \u200b\u200bamong heads of scientific departments in Iraqi universities” was discussed at Ibn Rushd College of Education for Humanities by researcher Nidal Jalil Abdul-Alam Jiad from the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, specializing in Educational Administration. The discussion committee consisted of Professor Dr. Muntaha Jassim Abdul-Susan as Chairman, Professor Dr. Youssef Yaqoub Shahada as a member, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Abdul-Wahhab Ali from Al-Mustansiriya University \/ College of Basic Education as a member, and Professor Dr. Sami Abdul-Fattah Raouf as a member and supervisor.<\/p>\n
The study aimed to know the level of efficiency of organizational commitment according to total quality among heads of scientific departments from the point of view of instructors according to the variables of gender and academic title, and to identify the level of organizational values \u200b\u200bamong heads of scientific departments from the point of view of faculty members according to the variables of gender and academic title.<\/p>\n
