the directives of the Presidency of the University of Baghdad, the Citizens Affairs Unit was established at the college, headquartered in the Deanship of the College, and its duties are as follows: class=\"cz_gap clr  hide_on_tablet hide_on_mobile\" style=\"height: 50px\"><\/div><div class=\"cz_gap show_on_tablet clr \" style=\"height: 20px\"><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column class=\"fa fa-check mr10\"><\/i><\/div><div><span>Receiving citizens' complaints directly and via email to the Citizens Affairs Unit.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li class=\"clr\"><div class=\"cz_sl_icon\"><i class=\"fa fa-check mr10\"><\/i><\/div><div><span>Following up on requests and citizens' complaints and quickly completing them within a maximum period of three days, depending on their specificity and content.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li class=\"clr\"><div class=\"cz_sl_icon\"><i class=\"fa fa-check mr10\"><\/i><\/div><div><span>Organizing citizens' interviews with the Dean<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><div class=\"cz_gap clr  hide_on_tablet hide_on_mobile\" style=\"height: 50px\"><\/div><div class=\"cz_gap show_on_tablet clr \" style=\"height:
